Green Shakes

What did I have for lunch today? The same thing I had for breakfast! And the same thing I’ve had for breakfast and lunch for the past 2 and a half months.

- can of pineapple
- few sprigs of parsley
- couple of fists of spinach
- head of romaine lettuce
- couple of tablespoons of 3-6-9 oil

Blend until smooth and enjoy! Its actually better than it looks or sounds. (Keep telling yourself that, Stevie-boy, keep telling yourself that.)

    Drink another 15000 of them and we’ll be about equal on the slurries!

    Switch from 3-6-9 to just 3. Less cancer that way. Too much 6 is worse than not enough 6.

    Took a closer look at the bottle. We are using Omega 3. The first bottle we got from a health food store was 3-6-9, but that’s all gone. I was sticking with the Omega 3 one because I could get it much cheaper at Costco. Now I have another reason!
