My son will soon be going off to university. He’s pretty good with computers, but I’m usually his source for technical support. I’ve been trying to teach him lately how to debug his own issues. Below is lesson number 1.
Thanks xkcd.com

Hi Steve,
I know you are away but was missing talking to you and Donna and came to visit your site. Ahhhhh, it felt so good to see all your goodies and feel your sense of humour again. It keeps me sane. Hee! Hee! I’m so glad you put in directions for those that needs help now and then re: computer troubles. Thanks a million! Now…..I’ll know either who to call or what to do. Dunno which comes first, hmmm…..? Hope you are having fun with the family and getting Garrett all settle in at the University. Warm regards to all and wish Garrett a wonderful new year at University. We shall miss him. Looking forward to seeing you both soon.
Hugs,
Lorraine
