Television is the great babysitter for many. For me, I never know what shows to latch on to. Right now, among other special interest shows, my wife and I regularly watch “House”. We started five years late and are catching up via our handy dandy PVR.
Any suggestions for other shows?

I hear people raving about The Wire, although it’s canceled, I think.
There’s only one show worth watching: MythBusters.
Everyone seems to have an HD TV except me. I can’t justify its cost.

I have just started watching 30 Rock, and I really enjoy it. If you have HBO, I got a kick out of True Blood. But you need to watch that in order- plus it ain’t for kids.

My newest fave is Jon and Kate Plus 8…Some people do not understand my love for that show, but that is because they haven’t given it a chance. Comes on Monday nights 10:30 my time on TLC.
