Yes, and I loved it…but I still don’t see the humour there…eww, I hate how I sound so much like Donna here…lol.

It’s the silliness of it. It was a very intense scene. Having Neo produce origami swans and Morpheus create paper dolls is unexpected, silly and thus funny.
