Isn’t this pretty?

Sunset In St. John’s, Nov 6, 2007

This is taken from NTV’s Skycam on Signal Hill, at about 5:15 Newfoundland time on Nov 6, 2007.

Quite a breathtaking view.   When I see pics like this from this webcam, especially knowing it’s a live feed, I really miss home.

    Yes, very beautiful.

However, it must be stated that these sunsets occur in St. John’s 1 out of every 20 days. The rest are like the previous webcam you posted.

Now if you head out to the west coast of Newfoundland, say around Corner Brook, there are very spectacular sunsets almost 2-3 out of every 20. A 200% increase!

  5. Steve says:

Dan… the stat is that St. John’s has the least amount of sunshine of any capital city in Canada. It also has the most rain, the most snow, the most cloud, the most fog, the most freezing rain, the most wind… you get the drift… oh, the most drifts too. icon_lol

  9. Steve says:

Good men don’t even exist, so I don’t know what you are all talking about….

  16. Steve says:

Now, Connie, you don’t mean that. You’ve just gotten mixed up with the wrong men. I wonder: what do the men who’ve gotten mixed up with you think about the existence of good women?
