Man! You can get mean when you are pushed... :-)

Funny... I asked for it though, didn't I? I wasn't a very gracious host. I should have embraced the arrival of a new visitor who took the time to leave a comment. Sarcasm doesn't really promote open communication...

Good luck with your paper.

Nothing personal taken, just happened to run across this page as I was researching the topic. This was the only "negative" response I could find for my paper. Understanding that your post was under "smartass", my comment was also being sarcastic minus the last sentence. By the way "smartass" you’re not funny. This will be my last post simply in response to your response. I have more important things to do with my life rather than post pathetic attempts to be funny online. You probably look for dates online too huh? …just a little sarcasm for ya, hope you like apples. P.s. you can reply to this if it makes you feel good, but don’t worry I won’t have the time or care to read it.

No shit! You mean I should actually read the whole book? You actually read a book for school? And, on top of that, you actually understood the point?

Shawn... come close to the screen. C'mon. Closer. I'll tell you a secret. I was being sarcastic in an attempt to be funny. Yes. It's hard to believe, but a post listed under the category of "smartass" was indeed not actually a seriously intended review of the book...

Now that, as a successful manager, you've nailed developing your motivational techniques, why don't you try working on your observational perception? There's a helpful new book out there called "Ostrich (Get Your Head Out Of The Sand".

I'm a college student and had to read this book for a class. Maybe if you had read more than the first chapter you would have realized what the book was about. The first chapter simply helps set up the scenario. Perhaps you should go back and read the entire book and then, maybe, you will understand the message FISH was trying to get across. Not only am I a college student, I am also a successful manager and found the book to be very helpful in motivational techniques for the workplace.
